Success Stories

The short videos above are real, honest and raw.

When guests arrive at Palladium Private, some are hopeful and excited about beginning a new phase of their life. Some guests are fearful, apprehensive, frightened or even sceptical. Others arrive in their darkest hour, ready to enter supervised detox with no idea what the next hour will bring, let alone the rest of their stay or their recovery.

Our incredible team support each individual from the moment they arrive and guide them on their unique and personal journey. But nobody can describe what that personal experience is really like better than the guests themselves.

The videos above showcase former guests of Palladium Private of all ages, backgrounds, professions and personalities. With issues ranging from PTSD, depression and/or anxiety to prescription or illegal drug dependency and alcohol use disorder – no two stories are the same. What IS consistent is the outcome. Listen as these wonderful former guests describe their experience of emerging from a place of pain to a new world of freedom.

A big thanks and more to everyone who supported my son Brendan*. As I noted prior to him coming
there that he is loud, has a lot of character, loves people and always shows and gives so much kindness.
Brendan spoke highly of everyone there even the geese ??? I’m sure they are missing him. Brendan did
come home a week earlier to my surprise but that was his choice. He is into his cooking. Thankfully I get
to enjoy his cooking. He is home helping his mum on the property which keeps him busy, he has cut back
on his workload and he is taking into consideration his own needs. As a mum I’m hoping he will get thru
this journey – he looks fantastic, has lost weight, but most of all he has made many new friends there
and more. My heart goes out to say again a big thank you to all of you who do a great fantastic job. Many
thanks, Sharna Northland* xxx

I went in not sure what to expect and concerned with the food as I am a bit picky. All concerns were blown
away as the food was amazing, even things I didn’t like eating I enjoyed. But most importantly I instantly
felt welcomed and safe. Every staff member was nothing short of amazing, kind, compassionate, caring
and wanted nothing but for each person to get the most out of their stay and to feel great when they left.
Everything that is offered is complementary of each other. After my 4 weeks at Palladium I feel like a new
person to when I walked in my first day. I can’t thank the staff and the fellow guests enough for such an
amazing journey and for new friends made along the way. I highly recommend looking at Palladium for
any range of challenges.

I stayed at Palladium Private 3 years ago for 21 days. My email today is to thank all staff involved and to express my deepest gratitude for the experience I received.

I was in a very dark place when I arrived at Palladium in August of 2017. I was suicidal, regularly using drugs, smoking, suffering with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder. I couldn’t keep a stable job for more than 4-6 months. I honestly believed there was nothing for me in this life and nothing was going to “fix” me. I was at rock-bottom.

21 days it took to change my life forever. I didn’t entirely recognise the affects of your program at the time, nor did I anticipate how it may shape my future.

I made friends through the program which I still keep in touch with, I learned valuable life lessons and practical ways to deal with and resolve the darkness I felt inside.

I look back so fondly on my experience at Palladium, even though at the time it was exceptionally difficult to adjust to and accept the help. The hikes, food, social experiences, personal training, sky-diving, all constant support were all experiences I will forever cherish and appreciate greatly.
Although when returning from my time at Palladium my old habits and ways of thinking didn’t immediately change, I was able to implement the extensive training I had learned to gradually make improvements within myself and my conscious & unconscious thought processes.

Three years on I am 27 years old, working in a stable Finance role for the past 14 months, I have met an incredible partner who has helped me be the best version of myself, and we are now expecting our first child together. I am healthy, happy, and have not touched an illicit drug or cigarette in 2 years.
I no longer suffer from PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder or Depression. I have a little Anxiety sometimes but that is a walk in the park compared to how I felt 3 years ago. It feels like another lifetime, a different person, not me.

I never imagined my life could be like this. I honestly never thought I would live past the age of 24. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to all the staff at Palladium who helped me become the person I am today. I will be forever grateful and will never forget my incredible experience there. Thank you for showing me a life worth living.

Kindest regards,
Helen Campion*

My experience over the last 4 weeks at this amazing retreat was absolutely life changing. This was the best gift I have ever received, not only for myself, but for every person I will come to encounter in my life. I arrived to Palladium a utterly broken person, with no hope, and as I get ready to leave I feel very confidence that through my very in depth personal discovery and the tools I have learned through the one on one therapy’s, group therapy’s, yoga, and personal training that I am about to embark on the first chapter of the rest of my life, a life that’s finally worth living. Weather your issues steam from anxiety and depression, distorted eating, or an over all sense of unworthiness this place could be your saving grace, I feel very confident in saying this because it has been mine. If you feel like you have completely lost hope, please put your hope in this program, there is no price you can put on getting you life back. Come to Palladium, not to find yourself, but to create yourself, the person you finally can be proud of. Thanks again to all the staff, its been the best experience of my life thus far.

I have just completed the 31 day program and i feel rejuvenated and full of life again. While their were ups and downs the staff were always their to help me through them, The program is designed to suit everybody’s needs with the location, staff and facilities allowing peace of mind to set in. A new way of sustainable living is practiced here, with food school, yoga classes and mindfulness training you will be given the tools you need for your return home. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to find themselves again.”

I found Palladium Private just in time. I felt lost and unable to see my way past a lifetime of bad habits and behaviours which had me spiralling downwards and taking my husband and children with me. I felt I was on the verge of a breakdown and I refused to let that be.
From the initial contact and continued follow up I knew I had made the right decision. On my arrival, although nervous and apprehensive, the staff and other guests immediately made me feel welcomed – I had come to the right place. The program is designed to suit and accommodate individual needs in the most amazingly beautiful setting
Through the scheduled sessions including motivational personal training, massage therapy, psychological therapy, group therapy and informative discussion groups (complimented by the amazing nutritional meals) I felt that I had been saved. This enabled me to see my way clear and to adopt much more healthy coping mechanisms to deal with the issues that were taking over my life, and a clear insight into myself and who I really was and an understanding of my values.
I felt empowered with the change in my mind and body, and now know that I am enough.”
